Via Pontaccio, Milano - Map
In via Pontaccio, between Brera and San Marco, a stone’s throw from the Sforzesco Castle, there’s Palazzo Kiton: once the historic HQ of Gianfranco Ferré, today it serves as the Neapolitan house’s Milanese pied-a-terre. Renovated in 2014 by architect Franco Raggi in-keeping with the 1930s Art Nouveau style of the building, from the large skylight to the wenge wood floor, Kiton’s Milan office houses the maison’s collections and historical archives, accompanied by artworks by Mimmo Paladino, Lucio Del Pezzo, Manlio Giarrizzo and Lello Esposito, all part of founder Ciro Paone’s collection. During ApritiModa, the house will open two floors of the building to the public: the area adjacent to the colonnade and the main floor, where the experimental KNT Unconventional Tailoring workshop and the KITON men’s and women’s ready-to-wear collections are showcased respectively.
