In Legnano there’s an industrial-style building with concrete blocks and large windows that light up the wide spaces of the Aspesi HQs where, in 1969, Alberto Aspesi established a brand of men’s shirt. Remaining faithful to the minimalist approach and the use of the most innovative fabrics, Aspesi has since transformed its Made in Italy production into ready-to-wear for men and women, from the technical down jacket re-imagined for the city, to collaborations with others designers such as Walter Albini and Franco Moschino.
